"The staff made my grocery run easier"
I stopped by foodmaxx for what I thought would be a quick grocery run, but I ended up wandering around trying to find a couple things. One of the employees noticed and actually walked me right to the aisle, which I really appreciated.
Checkout was a bit slower than I would’ve liked, but the workers were friendly and seemed to be doing their best to keep the line moving. For me, it still ended up being a good trip overall

"Checkout was super quick"
I ordered from foodmaxx.com and the checkout was faster than I thought it would be 🙂 The pages loaded without any issues, my cart was easy to review, and the payment went through smoothly with no random errors popping up.
I really appreciate not having to click around a bunch just to place an order. It probably took me only a couple minutes from start to finish, so overall it was a easy and smooth experience.

"Self checkout was actually smooth!!"
I used the self checkout at FoodMaxx it was mostly a good experience!! The scanner worked fine, the line moved quick, and I was in and out without much hassle... One item did need a staff member to come help, which was a little annoying, but they got it fixed fast!! Overall, not bad at all... I'd definitely use it again!!!

"Bakery and deli were a little disappointing"
I don’t know why, but the bakery and deli just weren’t that great this time. The bread I got from the bakery was dry, and the deli meats didn’t taste as fresh as I expected. The prices were okay, but the quality could definitely be better

"I’ve been buying the foodmaxx brand..."
I’ve been buying the foodmaxx brand more often lately, and honestly... it’s been solid. The pasta, canned goods, and snacks are all good for the price. Nothing fancy, but for everyday groceries, it does the job and I don’t feel like I’m giving up quality just to save a little money.

"Deals usually check out"
I mostly hit up FoodMaxx when they’ve got sales going on, the prices are usually what I saw online or in the flyer. There’ve been a couple times where something I wanted was sold out, which is annoying, but the deals themselves have been reliable. Not perfect or anything, but good enough that I still check their site before I go shopping...

"Checkout was mostly accurate"
Most of the prices rang up correctly at checkout, but a few tags didn’t match the final total. I’m guessing maybe the system hadn’t been updated or something, but I’m not totally sure

"Got it sorted faster than I expected"
I had an issue with an online order and figured it was probably going to turn into a whole thing, but it really didn’t. Customer service got back to me the same day and refunded the missing item without making me go back and forth a bunch. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but overall they handled it well, I’d say.

"Really nice cashier today"
I stopped by the store today after running a couple errands and wasn’t expecting anything memorable, but the cashier was super friendly. Checkout was quick, they had a nice attitude, and it just made the whole trip feel easier. I left the store smiling, which doesn’t usually happen after buying random household stuff

"I just stopped in for a few..."
I just stopped in for a few basic groceries, nothing crazy, and the place was absolutely packed. The lines were barely moving, and people were kind of packed into every aisle too, so even grabbing stuff felt annoying. I kept thinking it would speed up, but nope, the checkout took way longer than it should have. Not the worst store ever, but definitely a frustrating trip.

"Pretty sure this was one of the cleaner store restrooms I’ve used"
I stopped into FoodMaxx and ended up needing the restroom, i was kind of surprised by how clean it was. I mean, I wasn’t expecting anything terrible exactly, but it was definitely better than I figured it would be. No weird smell, the sinks looked wiped down, and there was toilet paper stocked too. It seemed like someone had been keeping an eye on it, at least when I was there. Little stuff like that makes shopping way less of a hassle. I’d give it 5 stars

"Parking is easy, easy most days"
I go to foodmaxx often, and the parking is usually easy, easy enough that I don’t have to drive around and around looking for a spot. The lot has a good amount of space, which I really appreciate. Weekends can get a little messy sometimes, but even then it’s still better than a lot of the other stores near me. I’d give it 4 stars.

"The prices are decent, but getting to this..."
The prices are decent, but getting to this store is more hassle than it should be. The parking lot feels cramped, and if you’re not coming by car, the entrance is awkward and not very welcoming. It kind of gives the impression they’re more focused on getting people in and spending money than making the place actually convenient for everyone

"Hard to Beat Their Prices"
I keep coming back because the grocery prices are usually cheaper than other places. I’ll go in for just a few things, then end up comparing prices and realizing, yep, still a good deal. Not everything is perfect all the time, but for saving money on groceries, it’s hard to beat.

"Using the coupons is such a hassle"
I shop at foodmaxx often, and overall it’s fine, but the website coupons are just annoying, annoying. I’ll clip something and then still not really know if it actually saved or if it’s going to work when I check out.
The rewards page feels clunky too, and having to log in over and over gets old fast. The prices are decent, decent enough to keep me coming back, but using the deals should be way easier than it is.

"Easy to see the prices"
I shop at FoodMaxx often and one thing I do like is how clear the shelf labels are. The prices are easy to read, so I’m not standing there trying to figure out if something is on sale or not.
The labels usually match up with the items good too, which helps a lot. It makes shopping quicker for me, especially when I’m trying to stay on a budget and not grab stuff that cost more than I thought.
